1) if the hotel is 5 stars, why no deliver package service for the customer while the check-in process is completed?
2) i could hear the noise from next room(human sound..) during the night while I were going to sleep.
3) The breakfast cannot attract me to take if the hotel is 5 stars.
酒店地點雖然不在市中心，步行去地鐵其實也不遠，酒店裏面的酒樓出品還OK，住客就餐有折扣；房間還算乾淨，其實不是第一次入住了，就是不知道什麼時候服務才能提升上來？前臺的check in 每次都會推薦你加錢升級房間，我不明白過中的緣由；而且前臺接待的態度一直都很一般，冷冷的，話術好次沒有培訓過。上一次遺漏了物品在房間，約好了時間回來酒店取，結果 在前臺等了20分鐘，問什麼時候才等到服務員帶物品下來？結果的答復是：交班中，已經通知了上面客服同事，但是暫時沒有人有空請再稍等....又過了10分鐘...Bell Boy上樓幫我取下物品交付我手上....這半個鐘等的很無奈
Our family stayed at this property for 2 nights. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. There is free transport to Chimelong theme park; however it was a bit far from the Chimelong hotel lobby. My only suggestion is to avoid the in room breakfast service. RMB 168 +15% for an 'American breakfast': 2 pieces of toast,1 glass of juice, 1 small 'cup' of coffee (NOT a kettle), 2 eggs, and 3 canned fatty pork meat. There Chinese restaurant is pretty good though.
